Cancellation Timeframe: Any cancellations of orders must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled delivery date.

Refund Process: If you need to cancel your order within the specified timeframe, refunds will be issued exclusively in the form of store credit. This credit can be utilized for future purchases at our bakery.

Our Preparation Commitment: Our dedicated team meticulously plans and prepares our baking schedule in advance to deliver the finest and freshest items to our customers. Therefore, cancellations made with at least a 5-day notice allow us to adjust our preparations accordingly.

Refund Exclusions: Please note that orders canceled within 5 days of the scheduled delivery date are ineligible for refunds. This policy is in place due to the extensive preparation and commitment involved in creating each order specifically for our customers.
