Online or Phone Orders:
At Sweet Angeles, we cater to your convenience by offering two ways to place your orders: online or via phone.

  • Order Placement: You can easily place your order online through our website or by giving us a call. Whichever method you prefer, we're here to assist you every step of the way.

  • Confirmation Process: Following your online order, expect a prompt confirmation via email. Our dedicated bakers work diligently every day, crafting our delightful products fresh from scratch to ensure you enjoy exceptional flavors and aromas.

  • Order Processing Time: Due to high demand and our commitment to freshness, some orders may take up to 5 business days to fulfill. For customized or decorated cupcakes requiring intricate designs, a minimum of 5-7 business days may be needed. During peak seasons, additional notice might be necessary. Urgent orders with less than 3 days' notice can be checked for availability by contacting us directly.

Delivery policy

At Sweet Angeles Bakery, we’re all about delivering your favorite cakes, cupcakes, desserts, chocolates, and baked goods with care and a smile. To make sure everything goes smoothly, please keep these important delivery details in mind:

 

  • Receiver’s Information:
    Make sure to provide the full details of the person who will be receiving the delivery. If it’s a gift, let the recipient know to expect it!

  •  Building Access:
    For deliveries to businesses, please ensure our driver can easily access the building or have someone meet them at the door. If there are any entry fees or special permissions, please take care of them beforehand.

  • Parking & Payment Issues:
    If parking fees are required, our driver will contact the receiver to come and collect the order. Our drivers cannot park in restricted areas, so please ensure there’s someone ready to meet them at the front or back door.

  • Clear Delivery Directions:
    Be sure to provide clear, accurate directions, especially for gated communities or locations with restricted access. Missing details could cause delays in your delivery.

  • Missed Delivery Attempts:
    If our driver can’t reach the contact person or gain access to the location, they’ll wait for up to 10 minutes. After that, the order will be returned to the bakery. No refunds will be given for the delivery fee, and you’ll need to pick up your order from us.

  • Picking Up Returned Deliveries:
    If your delivery is returned to the bakery, you will need to pick it up directly from us. We can store it for up to 2 days, after which the order will no longer be available for pick-up.
